Our Factory
Founded in 1956, the towel factory is located in Nan Hai, Guangdong. Our production and R&D base has full sets of advanced equipment with in-house manageability and traceability of our product line from manufacture to end supply to our global clients.
Outfitted with 77 sets of Flat edges machine, 10 sets of Twin-needle machine, 17 sets of pleated seam, 3 sets of covering stitch machine, 3 sets of printing machine, 10 sets of dyeing machine, 200 sets of broad loom machine. The factory, with an area of approximately 25000m2, the office covers an area of 2500m2 and warehouse takes 5000m2.
We now have 420 employees, 100 employees among them are in charge of management, design and techniques. The monthly production capacity is 150 tons, the monthly export turnover is USD6 million. The products are mostly export to Europe (40%), Australia (30%), as well as U.S. countries, Japan, Korea etc.
We also have microfiber tower factory and sock factory located in Guangdong guarantee the utmost manufacturing quality and closely monitor every step of our manufacturing process.
